Welcome:

Being human can be hard. Especially when you feel isolated, different-than, stuck, or unworthy. Throughout both my personal and professional work in therapy, I’ve come to understand that these states of being human are largely unavoidable, yet teach us so much about ourselves and our needs, if we allow ourselves to explore them. I believe that we already have many of the answers we seek, and engaging in therapy is one way to access the insight you already posses. I’d love to help you develop self-compassion, understanding, and tolerance for the wide-range of emotions that come with being human! I place our relationship at the forefront of the counseling process. I believe that a relationship that embodies trust and respect, has the capacity to deeply heal.
