WELCOME
Being human can be hard. Especially when you feel isolated,
different-than, stuck, or unworthy. Throughout both my personal and
professional work in therapy, I’ve come to understand that these states
of being human are unavoidable and also have the capacity to teach us so
much about ourselves and our needs, if we allow ourselves to explore
them. My clinical orientation to this work is that you already have many
of the answers you seek. With this orientation, the work then becomes
focused on building a deeper relationship with self-protective parts of
you so that they can heal and you can come into a truer, less protected
version of yourself. I believe that a collaborative, therapeutic
relationship that embodies trust and respect, has the capacity to deeply
heal.
Being a therapist is a privilege that I don’t take lightly. I work
to make my office an emotionally safe and brave space through
continuing to explore my own biases and burdens outside of our
therapy together. Despite my qualifications and training, if my
clients and I aren’t working to co-create trust and understanding,
the therapy may not reach the depths it deserves to.
Fees
50-minute sessions for individual counseling are $150 and coupleship
counseling is $175.
Two or more hour sessions for couples or individuals are available upon
request.
I do not process insurance. It's always recommended that you call your
insurance company and explore your out-of-network benefits. As an
out-of-network provider I can give you an itemized receipt (sometimes
called a “super bill”) with the needed medical codes that you can submit
to your insurance company if applicable.
